Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, methodological quality, research integrity, relevance to the journal, and reviewer advice. Commercial or financial considerations do not determine editorial outcomes.

Delvierre identifies each online journal's ISSN only after assignment by an ISSN authority. For a founding journal without an online ISSN, the journal page states this explicitly; an application is planned once the inaugural issue meets the applicable national requirements. ISSN is a publication identifier, not certification of scholarly quality or indexing in an academic database.
Each journal lists its current author fees, public editorial appointments, peer-review approach and publication policies. Decisions on manuscripts must be independent of purchases of editorial or language services.
