Academic editing, translation and document preparation

Delvierre provides language and document-preparation support for scientific articles, bachelor’s theses, master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, conference papers, academic reports and other scholarly or professional documents. Every client uses the same published pricing matrix. The exact rate depends on the service, document type and word count, so a short bachelor’s thesis is not priced like a doctoral dissertation or a journal manuscript.

Academic-integrity boundary

Delvierre edits, translates, formats and comments on client-authored material. We do not write assessed theses or dissertations on a client’s behalf, fabricate research, invent data or results, impersonate an author, or provide undisclosed ghost-authorship. The author remains responsible for the intellectual content and any institutional disclosure requirements.

Fixed international pricing matrix

All amounts are in EUR. The published total is calculated from the selected service, the correct document type and the submitted word count. Prices shown are final Delvierre prices. Where Romanian standard VAT is legally chargeable, the displayed amount already absorbs it at the current 21% standard rate; no separate 21% surcharge is added on top. Invoice tax treatment follows the applicable customer and transaction rules.

Translation languages currently available

At launch, Delvierre provides academic translation only between English, Romanian and Hungarian. Additional languages may be added as the service expands.

Same matrix worldwide

No country, nationality, institution or individual-client surcharge. The selected document category determines the published rate.

Final price before sending

The calculator shows the exact published total before a request is submitted. Where Romanian VAT is legally chargeable, the current 21% standard rate is already absorbed in the displayed total and is not added later.

Document type is verified

If a document is submitted under the wrong category, the correct published row is applied before work starts. The rate itself is never privately negotiated.

No rush multiplier

Requested timing is reviewed for availability. Delvierre does not silently change the published rate because a client asks for faster delivery.

What documents are accepted?

Bachelor’s thesis / licence thesis

Proofreading, editing, translation, formatting and reference cleanup of author-written material.

Master’s thesis

Uses the published master’s-thesis row, reflecting the greater editorial complexity of advanced academic work.

Doctoral dissertation / PhD thesis

Uses the doctoral row, with higher fixed rates and minimums for specialist terminology, consistency and document-scale complexity.

Scientific articles and conference papers

Language editing, translation, formatting and submission-readiness support for Delvierre or external venues.

Other academic or professional documents

Reports, proposals, book chapters, technical documents and similar material, subject to scope confirmation.

For a service, document type, production task, or requirement not listed above, email editorial@delvierre.com with the scope.
